When Selling your Real Estate Note you
will encounter many companies that will charge you the closing cost
fees at the time of sale. It is important to ask ahead of time
whether or not you will incur this or any other type of fee.
When you sell your real estate note with
us then you incur absolutely NO closing costs. We pay for all
of the closing costs once the sale of the note has closed.
We apply the same fee policy to real
estate note sales via
Simultaneous Closings. If you sell your home
or property and then simultaneously sell the real estate note from
that property through us then we will pay for all of the closing
costs.
